FITNESS
ATIVAFIT Indoor Cycling Bike Folding Magnetic Upright Bike Stationary Bike Recumbent Exercise Bike – UPDATE 5/2/22: I no longer recommend this exercise bike. Sadly it broke after exactly one year of almost daily use. The pedals no longer turn and the bike is now unusable.
– This exercise bike is fantastic! Even my sedentary, gamer kids keep hopping on it. It’s super quiet, lightweight, folds in half for easy storage, is reasonably priced and even has a holder for a phone or tablet. It’s a great substitute for more expensive exercise bikes.
FOOD
Spindrift Sparkling Water, 4 Flavor Variety Pack, Made with Real Squeezed Fruit, 12 Fl Oz Cans, Pack of 20 Seltzer Water Cans – This seltzer is fantastic! Most seltzers contain carbonated water with natural flavors. Spindrift contains carbonated water and real fruit juice. That’s it, no natural or artificial flavors.
Buddha Teas – This is my favorite green tea company. They have a large variety of teas including green, black, mushroom, fruit teas and more. The teas are all organic, non-gmo, use unbleached tea bags and have clean ingredients.
GOALS
Legend Planner This is the planner I’ve used the past two years. Some good sections for planning out the years goals and monthly review.
Clever Fox dated planner – The planner I used a few years ago. Great quality, lots of goal setting sections.
HOME
LifeStraw Home Water Filter Pitcher – This is a more advanced water filter pitcher than the Brita or Pur. They filter out various chemicals while the LifeStraw will filter out bacteria, parasites, microplastics and chemicals.
Medify Air MA-15 Air Purifier – This uses a HEPA13 filter which captures smaller particles than an air purifier with a TRUE HEPA filter. This is also pretty quiet, especially on the low setting.
Medify MA-25 Air Purifier – This is just like the MA-15, but is for cleansing a larger room.
Essential Oil Diffuser – This is a great item for aromatherapy or to use without essential oils to just add moisture to dry air.
Himalayan Glow Salt Lamp – I am a huge fan of salt lamps. They are supposed to help improve the air quality in a home. Outside of that, they just produce a very calming light to create a relaxing ambience in a room.
TECH
VIVO standing desk converter – This sits on top of your desk and raises up and down with the press of a lever, so you can stand while you work without having to purchase a new desk. – I own the FlexiSpot standing desk converter, but it is no longer available. This one is similar.
Techni Mobili Sit-to-Stand Rolling Adjustable Height Laptop Cart with Storage, Graphite – I’ve had this for years. I only use it in the standing position, but it is very handy to move between rooms. It’s small and only has enough room for a laptop with a mouse.
