Soups are great way to eat a lot of nutrients at once. They are easy to make, filling, full of fiber and nutritious. I can definitely tell a difference when I’m working if I don’t eat soup for lunch. When I eat soup, I’m definitely much more alert and productive.
I eat soup every day for lunch. That way if I slack off at dinner, at least I’ve had one super healthy meal for the day.
Soups are also cheap to make and will provide meals for most of the week.
