I’m a huge fan of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, but sometimes something healthier is a better idea. This is a great, sugar free substitute for real ice cream.

1 frozen banana
3 tbs milk, coconut, or alsmond milk
1 tbs half and half, or additional milk of choice
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or freeze and take out 5 minutes before eating.
