2 Pounds chicken thighs or drumsticks, About 6
1 TBS olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Vegetables of choice, such as potatoes or sweet potatoes, broccoli, aparagus or green beans
Preheat oven to 400.
Drizzle the chicken with olive oil. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, black pepper and salt in a small bowl.
Sprinkle over the chicken. Arrange the vegetables around the chicken and season as desired. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
